I am not tethered by a cord

The MouthPad is a rather ingenious device. I have been using it for about a month now. It is quite intuitive and functions by a combination of head and tongue movements. I was off and running with it after only one hour of experimentation. On any given day I will typically use my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. Since this is a Bluetooth device, it migrates from one to the other seamlessly. More importantly for me, I am not tethered by a cord. This also permits usage at a variety of(...)

Minimal friction between me and my device

I no longer have interest in the Neuralink implant given the risks of Neurosurgery and the use of the MouthPad. I couldn't be more pleased and thankful for the product Augmental has created. It has significantly improved my day to day work experience. I can use my computer for up to ten hours without thinking about adaptive equipment. The MouthPad creates minimal friction between myself and my device, allowing me to fully immerse in the operating system. It also gives me a quality of life(...)

Missing chess for so long, and I got it back

Within days, I am now playing chess again against friends, Wordle with my dad, and with my daughter I can now play PBS kids games and read digital books before her bedtime by flipping the pages hands-free. I've been missing chess for so long, and I got it back - thanks to you guys.

Augmental's MouthPad has changed my life

This retainer-like tongue-based Bluetooth interface allows me to control my phone and laptop with my tongue — and hopefully soon other devices like wheelchairs, exoskeletons, wearables, and more — with slight tongue movements. The MouthPad is a revolutionary technology that will change my life and the lives of many people with disabilities. Augmental's MouthPad has changed my life. For the first time in my life, I was able to take pictures and videos independently because I was not relying(...)

Eventually everyone will be using it

When I was first injured, I was trying to learn how to use voice control to type and do all my papers and homework and it was so frustrating, and that was part of just dropping out of school. Like, oh my goodness, this is how it should be: (The MouthPad) is very seamless, it's very easy to use, it's very intuitive. Eventually everyone will be using it.

It’s given me a spark

I'm excited about the future because of the independence I have now from the MouthPad. Being able to stay up late to do homework, or play games, it gives me a sense of normalcy. It's given me the motivation to want to take control of my life. It's given me a spark.

Don’t have to use my mouth stylus anymore

I really love the MouthPad. With this technology I don't have to use my 12'' mouth stylus anymore. I love the fact that I can move my head around to be able to use the MouthPad and use my tongue to click on things. Definitely takes practice to learn the speed and hands free technology, but it makes it easy to use.

I'm looking forward to the future

I enjoyed yesterday's onboarding and opportunity to use the MouthPad for the first time. I thought I would give my first impressions. I was pleasantly surprised that everything fit right in my mouth at first go, so kudos to whoever is responsible for mold quality assurance/design finish. The motion control/head tracking in conjunction with being able to click/click and hold whenever I want, I think, is the prominent feature, and the most useful and user-friendly for me right now.(...)

Even a kid could figure it out

Using the MouthPad is simple. You use the tip of your tongue and touch the roof of your mouth. Even a kid could figure it out. The first time I wore it, it was easy to put in since they scan your mouth, it pretty much maps your whole mouth, and it fits perfectly. Anything anyone else can do on the internet, you can definitely do with the MouthPad.
